The terms and conditions on this page ("Agreement") apply to any user ("you", "user") who accesses the iw002 platform ("website", "service") or any related services. By visiting iw002.bio, registering an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have agreed to all terms in this Agreement.

If you are not ready to accept these terms, we kindly ask that you stop using the website. iw002 may update this Agreement at any time, and changes take effect immediately once posted on the website.

1 General Definitions

The terms "platform", "website", and "service" used in this Agreement refer to all pages, mobile versions, API services, and related tools under the iw002.bio domain.

• The entire iw002 website is governed by the terms of this Agreement.
• This Agreement also incorporates by reference the policies it links to, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.
• You must be located in Myanmar to access the services. Any attempt to access the platform from restricted locations is strictly prohibited.

2 Account Registration and User Responsibilities

To register an account and use services on iw002, you must comply with the following responsibilities—

• Accurate information: All information provided when registering must be accurate and complete. Accounts that provide false information may be closed without prior notice.
• One account per person: Each user may only open one account at iw002. Additional accounts may be blocked without any payout.
• Account security: Your account password and login details must be kept confidential. Do not share or allow access to your account by any third party.
• Financial compliance declaration: By playing on the iw002 platform, users confirm and take responsibility that all funds used come from a legitimate source.
• Notification of changes: If any registered details change (e.g. phone number, payment method), iw002 must be notified immediately.

3 Deposit Policy

Deposit methods available on the iw002 platform are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer.

• Minimum deposit per transaction: 5,000 Ks
• Deposits are processed almost instantly and credited to your account.
• To receive bonus amounts, deposits must be made correctly at the time of deposit. If any issue arises, contact us immediately via 24/7 Live Chat.
• Deposit records may be requested for identity verification (KYC), so transaction references must be kept.

4 Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal per transaction: 10,000 Ks
• Withdrawal processing time: within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals are returned via the same method used for the original deposit. For example, if you deposited via KBZPay, the withdrawal will also be processed via KBZPay.
• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the required wagering requirement has been met — see the Bonus Policy section for details.
• If a financial flag is raised, iw002 will process the payment only after a full review is completed, which may exceed the standard processing time.

5 Bonus and Promotion Policy

All bonuses offered by iw002 are governed by the following general terms —

Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on first deposit, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks.
• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after wagering 20x (20×) the bonus amount.
• Example: Deposit 20,000 Ks, receive 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 40,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 20,000 Ks × 20 = 400,000 Ks.
• Example where deposit exceeds the bonus cap: Deposit 1,020,000 Ks and receive only 500,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 1,520,000 Ks. You must wager 500,000 Ks × 20 = 10,000,000 Ks.
• If you withdraw before the wagering requirement is met after claiming a bonus, the bonus amount may be forfeited.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can only be claimed once per account. Claiming a bonus across multiple accounts will be considered fraudulent activity.
• iw002 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus with or without prior notice.
• iw002's decision on any bonus claim is final.

6 General Game Policy

All games on the iw002 platform operate under fair play principles. Accounts of anyone attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities will be blocked immediately.

• Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), so no outcome can be predicted in advance.
• If a connection issue occurs during play, the outcome will be determined based on the state of that round, and the decision is final.
• Exploiting game bugs is a breach of game rules, and any funds obtained as a result will be reclaimed.
• You must play on your own behalf only. Playing via a company, syndicate, or bot is strictly prohibited.

7 Illegal or Fraudulent Activities

Using the iw002 platform with dishonest intent, attempting to abuse bonuses, or exploiting platform errors to gain unfair advantages are clear violations of this agreement.

• "Bonus Abuse" — playing an offer solely to collect a bonus and then withdrawing — is prohibited.
• Arbitrage betting (placing bets across different odds to guarantee a payout) is not allowed.
• iw002 conducts strict checks for Money Laundering and may report it to the relevant authorities in accordance with the law.

8 VIP Levels and Cashback Policy

The iw002 VIP program has 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Cashback rates are as follows—

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

VIP tier upgrades are determined and announced by iw002 based on your betting history and activity on the platform. Cashback is granted at iw002's discretion, and the cashback policy may be changed at any time.

9 Handling of Personal Information

iw002 protects users' personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. By using this platform, you also agree to that policy.

• Personal information will not be sold or shared with any third party except where required by law.

• Losses caused by the user themselves
• Computer viruses, hacking, or actions by third parties
• Unexpected service failures caused by Force Majeure (war, natural disaster, government restrictions, etc.)

12 Website Suspension

iw002 may temporarily suspend website services at any time without prior notice—

• To carry out technical maintenance
• To add new services
• To conduct security checks

iw002 is not responsible for any betting losses or account disconnections that occur during a website suspension.

13 Termination of Agreement

iw002 may terminate this agreement and suspend the account if any of the following occur—

• Violation of any term in this agreement
• Engaging in financial fraud
• Being found to be under 21 years of age
• Harassing or threatening iw002 staff or other users

Users may also request account closure through iw002 customer support. Please note that any bonus amounts with an unfulfilled wagering requirement will be forfeited at the time of closure.

14 Legal Continuity

If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable under the law, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. That provision will be read in a way that best matches the original intent, as far as possible.

15 Legal Relationship

This agreement is an individual agreement between iw002 and the user, and does not confer any rights on any third party. In cases involving penalties or debts, the claimable amount is limited to the amount you deposited into the iw002 platform during the period of the loss.

16 Amendment of Agreement

iw002 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect from the time they are posted on the iw002.bio website, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the changes. We therefore encourage you to check this page regularly.
